Applications Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for RSV antigen detection) . Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Great relationship of activity and RSV positive standard concentration at 1/5, 1/10, 1/50, and 1/100 diluted by 20 mM Phosphate buffered salt solution. No cross reaction with Influenza A, Influenza B, and Adenovirus, etc.
