Sulfo-Cy3

Sulfo-Cyanine3 (Cy3) is an orange-emitting fluorescent dye (λex=554 nm, λem=568 nm) used to label proteins and nucleic acids. It is widely applied in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and in situ hybridization for both in vitro and in vivo imaging studies due to its water solubility and brightness.
