Apazunersen sodium

Apazunersen sodium is an antisense oligonucleotide that targets and inhibits the expression of UBE3A antisense transcript (UBE3A-AS), thereby preventing the silencing of the paternal allele of the UBE3A gene and reactivating the expression of the defective protein, used in the study of Angelman syndrome.
