DiABZI-Mal is a STING agonist that activates the cGAS-STING pathway, leading to the production of cytokines such as type I interferon. It promotes the maturation of dendritic cells (DC) and effectively induces CD8+ T cell immune responses. Additionally, diABZI-Mal can inhibit tumor growth.
