When hydrophobic anti-cancer agent Paclitaxel is encapsulated within these micelles, it demonstrates enhanced activity against cancer cells compared to free Paclitaxel. Additionally, it predominantly accumulates in tumor tissues, with only limited distribution in healthy organs.
