BRD4 Inhibitor-38
BRD4 Inhibitor-38 (Compound 25) is an orally bioavailable small molecule with selectivity for the BD2 domain of BRD4 (IC50s: 3.64 μM BD1, 0.12 μM BD2) . It exhibits anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting nitric oxide production (IC50 = 1.98 μM) and is a useful chemical probe for studying BRD4 function in oncology and inflammation research, both in vitro and in vivo.
