MORF-627
MORF-627 is a potent and selective oral inhibitor of integrin αvβ6, blocking its ligand binding and TGF-β1 activation with low nanomolar IC50 values. It consequently inhibits downstream SMAD2/3 phosphorylation and has demonstrated efficacy in ameliorating pulmonary fibrosis in a murine bleomycin model, supporting its research use in fibrotic disease studies.
