DA-143

DA-143 is a potent and selective DNA-PKcs inhibitor (IC50: 2.5 nM) with significantly weaker activity against mTOR, PI3KΔ, and ATM. It blocks DNA-PKcs substrate phosphorylation and, in research settings, has been shown to sensitize cancer cells to chemotherapeutic agents like doxorubicin in vitro.
