LSD1-IN-33 (7d) is a potent, orally bioavailable LSD1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 4.51 nM. It demonstrates efficacy in cardiac disease research by attenuating Ang II-induced NRCF activation and reducing pathological hypertrophy and heart failure in TAC-induced remodeling models, both in vitro and in vivo.
