LASSBio-2052 is an N-acylhydrazone derivative exhibiting antitumor activity against hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell lines HepG2 and Hep3B. It induces G2/M cell cycle arrest via FOXM1 downregulation and promotes apoptosis, making it a candidate for in vitro mechanistic studies in oncology research.
