MB327 is a bipyridine nonoxime positive allosteric modulator (PAM) of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. It counteracts receptor desensitization induced by agents like carbachol and has demonstrated efficacy as an in vivo therapeutic against nerve agent poisoning in animal models.
