KAC-50.1
KAC-50.1 is a PET imaging ligand that selectively binds to site 2 of recombinant α-synuclein fibrils with a KD of 35 nM. It is a valuable tool for investigating α-synuclein pathology in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo PET imaging studies in preclinical models of Parkinson's disease and related synucleinopathies.
