Compound 4f is a potent 5-HT1A receptor agonist (Ki=10.0 nM) with additional affinity for SERT, D2, and 5-HT6 receptors. Its metabolic stability and in vivo hypothermic effect in mice support its utility for neuropsychiatric research, including studies of serotonin and dopamine systems in both cellular and animal models.
