TMU 35435

TMU 35435 is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor that radiosensitizes triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells. It functions by promoting proteotoxic stress, autophagy, and inhibiting DNA-PKcs via ubiquitination to impair non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) DNA repair, as demonstrated in vitro.
