PAWI-2 is a multi-targeting small molecule that activates p53 and inhibits Wnt/β-catenin and TBK1 phosphorylation, inducing apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. It reverses stemness and drug resistance in KRAS-dependent pancreatic cancer stem cells, demonstrating efficacy in both in vitro assays and in vivo orthotopic xenograft models.
