Boronophenylalanine HCl
Borofalan (SPM 011) is a boron-10 containing compound used as an adjuvant in Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) . Its application in research, including in vivo studies, has shown therapeutic potential for recurrent head and neck cancers by enabling the targeted 10B (n, α) 7Li nuclear reaction.
