FITC-labeled ODN 1018 is a TLR9 agonist CpG oligodeoxynucleotide. Its fluorescent tag enables direct visualization and quantification of cellular uptake and localization via flow cytometry or confocal microscopy (Ex/Em: 495/520 nm) . This tool is widely used in immunology research to study innate immune activation in both cellular and animal models.
