Sp-Adenosine-5'-O- (1-thiotriphosphate) sodium
Sp-Adenosine-5'-O- (1-thiotriphosphate) (Sp-ATP-α-S) is a potent and selective P2Y1 receptor agonist. It mobilizes calcium in vitro (EC50 = 9.4 nM at human P2Y1) and inhibits platelet aggregation (Ki = 4 μM) . This tool compound is used in cardiovascular and smooth muscle research, including ex vivo studies like guinea pig taenia coli relaxation (EC50 = 426 nM) .
