CL2 Linker
The CL2 linker is a cleavable ADC linker used to conjugate SN-38. The resulting CL2-SN-38 and CL2A-SN-38 conjugates demonstrate equivalent high drug loading, nanomolar binding affinity and cytotoxicity, and good serum stability in vitro, making them valuable tools for ADC research and preclinical development.
