ADH-6 TFA

ADH-6 TFA is a tripyridylamide compound that targets and dissociates mutant p53 aggregates in cancer cells. By disrupting the aggregation-nucleating subdomain, it reactivates p53 transcriptional function, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. This mechanism supports its application in cancer research, including in vitro studies on p53-aggregation related oncogenesis.
