33-BCRP Inhibitor
This small molecule BCRP inhibitor reverses multidrug resistance by blocking BCRP and P-gp efflux pumps. It enhances the cytotoxicity and intracellular accumulation of chemotherapeutics like mitoxantrone and colchicine in resistant cancer cell lines, such as H460/MX20 and KB-C2 cells, in vitro.
