Testololactone
Testololactone is a steroidal aromatase inhibitor used in biochemical research, particularly in studies of hormone-dependent breast carcinoma. It is applied in both in vitro enzyme assays and in vivo models to investigate estrogen biosynthesis inhibition and therapeutic mechanisms.
