Cromoglicate sodium hydrate
Cromoglicic acid (cromolyn sodium) is a mast cell stabilizer that inhibits the release of histamine and other inflammatory mediators. It is used in research to study allergic asthma, conjunctivitis, and food allergy mechanisms in both in vitro mast cell assays and in vivo animal models of hypersensitivity.
