Camsirubicin HCl
Camsirubicin (GPX-150) is a non-cardiotoxic doxorubicin analog that acts as a DNA intercalator and topoisomerase II inhibitor, inducing DNA damage and apoptosis in tumor cells. It has demonstrated antitumor activity in preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies, particularly in models of soft tissue sarcoma.
