MBC-11 trisodium
MBC-11 trisodium is a novel bone-targeting conjugate designed for research into tumor-induced bone disease (TIBD) . It combines the bisphosphonate HEDP with the antimetabolite Ara-C, enabling localized delivery to bone metastases. This construct is utilized in preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies investigating targeted therapies for osteolytic cancers.
