Z-Hpg

Z-Hpg is a novel, bortezomib-enabled probe that selectively labels nascent proteomes to record translation. It uniquely labels only cells within gap junction-connected networks, leaving isolated cells unlabeled. This tool is valuable for studying cell-cell communication, protein synthesis dynamics, and network biology in both in vitro and in vivo models.
