Cazpaullone is a glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3) inhibitor that transiently upregulates Pax4 mRNA expression. This small molecule is used in research exploring beta-cell biology, diabetes mechanisms, and neurobiology in both cellular and animal models.
