Fuscin
Fuscin is a fungal metabolite that inhibits ADP/ATP translocase and CCR5 receptor binding in vitro. It also depletes mitochondrial glutathione and inhibits NADH oxidation, making it a useful tool for studying mitochondrial function and chemokine receptor interactions in biochemical assays.
