Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor, phosphorylated (Tyr1173) (erbB, EGFR)
Product Specifications
NCBI Gene ID
1956
Reactivity
Canine, Human, Mouse
Storage Conditions
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Specificity
Recognizes the 1170-NAEpYLRV motif corresponding to the major autophosphorylation site of human EGFR. Does not interact with the non-phosphorylated EGFR nor with unrelated Tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins. Species crossreactivity: mouse, canine.
