EGFR-IN-17 is a highly potent and selective EGFR inhibitor (IC50 = 0.0002 μM) that overcomes C797S-mediated drug resistance. It is applied in research on EGFR-driven cancers, such as non-small cell lung cancer, with demonstrated activity in both in vitro assays and in vivo preclinical models.
