9-Hydroxy-alpha-lapachone
9-Hydroxy-alpha-lapachone is a potent inhibitor of H. pylori growth and its Cystathionine gamma-synthase, with an IC50 of 4.64 μM. It also demonstrates anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting LPS-induced NO production in RAW 264.7 macrophages.
