LIT-001 is a novel, nonpeptide oxytocin receptor agonist (Ki = 226 nM, EC50 = 55 nM) shown to enhance social interaction in a murine autism model. This small molecule tool compound is valuable for in vitro binding assays and in vivo behavioral studies investigating oxytocin pathway function in neuropsychiatric research.
