AZ1495 is a potent and orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of IRAK4 (IC50=5 nM) and IRAK1 (IC50=23 nM) . It demonstrates research utility in models of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, particularly for investigating oncogenic signaling driven by the MYD88L265P mutation in both cellular and in vivo studies.
