NVP-2
NVP-2 is a potent and selective ATP-competitive inhibitor of CDK9, inducing apoptosis with an IC50 of 0.514 nM. It also inhibits CDK1, CDK2, and CDK16 at micromolar concentrations. This probe is widely used in vitro to study transcription, cell cycle, and apoptosis mechanisms in cancer research.
