Semaxinib
Semaxinib (SU5416) is a selective VEGFR2 kinase inhibitor (IC50: 1.23 μM) that blocks ATP binding, potently suppressing VEGF-driven endothelial cell proliferation and migration. It has been widely used in preclinical in vitro and in vivo angiogenesis and oncology research to study tumor vascularization and metastasis.
