JW 67 is a small molecule inhibitor of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin pathway. It acts by rapidly decreasing active β-catenin levels, leading to the downregulation of target genes such as AXIN2, SP5, and NKD1. This inhibitor is a valuable tool for studying Wnt signaling in both cellular assays and in vivo disease models, including cancer and stem cell research.
