JSH-23
JSH-23 is a cell-permeable inhibitor that selectively blocks NF-κB-dependent transcriptional activity (IC50=7.1 μM) without preventing IκBα degradation. This antioxidant compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study inflammatory signaling pathways and oxidative stress-related mechanisms.
