Cannabigerol
Cannabigerol is a cannabinoid exhibiting high affinity for α2-adrenergic receptors as an agonist, moderate affinity as a 5-HT1A antagonist, and low affinity for CB1 receptors. Its binding to CB2 receptors and ability to reduce intraocular pressure make it a compound of interest for glaucoma research in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
