Lucinactant

Lucinactant is a synthetic KL4-surfactant that functionally mimics the anti-inflammatory action of surfactant protein B. It is utilized in research to protect human airway epithelium from hyperoxic injury, with applications in studying acute lung injury models both in vitro and in vivo.
