Bactenecin 5

Bactenecin 5 is a bovine antimicrobial peptide active against Gram-negative pathogens including E. coli, S. typhimurium, and K. pneumoniae (MIC 12-25 μg/mL) . It serves as a research tool for studying innate immunity and host defense mechanisms in both in vitro microbiological and in vivo infection model experiments.
