Spexin TFA

Spexin TFA is a selective GAL2/GAL3 receptor agonist (EC50 = 45.7 and 112.2 nM) with no significant activity at GAL1. This endogenous peptide reduces food intake and adipocyte fatty acid uptake in rodent obesity models, while also modulating endocrine functions and exhibiting anxiolytic effects in vivo.
