Super-TDU (1-31)

Super-TDU (1-31) is a peptide inhibitor of the YAP-TEAD protein-protein interaction. It demonstrates potent anti-tumor activity by suppressing this oncogenic pathway, effectively inhibiting tumor growth in preclinical gastric cancer models, as shown in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
