PMX-53 TFA
PMX-53 is a potent C5a receptor antagonist (IC50 = 0.3 μM) that inhibits C5a-induced MPO release in human PMNs in vitro. It demonstrates in vivo efficacy by reducing inflammation in rat Arthus reaction and Huntington's disease models, and attenuates atherosclerosis in ApoE-/- mice.
