Ac-FEID-CMK
Ac-FEID-CMK is a peptide inhibitor derived from zebrafish GSDMEb. It demonstrates efficacy in septic shock models by reducing mortality and acute kidney injury through the inhibition of pyroptosis and suppression of the noncanonical caspy2 inflammasome pathway. This makes it a valuable research tool for studying inflammatory cell death mechanisms in vivo.
