Z-LLE-AMC

Z-LLE-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate for measuring the caspase-like activity of the 26S/20S proteasome. Upon cleavage, the released AMC fluorophore (ex/em ~350/450 nm) enables quantification of this activity in cell lysates, facilitating research on proteasomal function in cellular homeostasis, disease models, and drug discovery.
