Crosstide
Crosstide is a peptide substrate analog of glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3) and is phosphorylated by the serine/threonine kinase Akt/PKB. It is widely used in vitro to study Akt/PKB activity and signaling pathways relevant to cancer, diabetes, and neurological research.
