Specificity
Mouse anti Human CD175 antibody, clone BRIC111 recognizes Tn antigen on glycophorin A and glycophorin B in human eryhtrocytes. Tn is a cryptantigen which was designated CD175 at the 7th Leucocyte Typing Workshop. Tn antigen is not expressed on normal haemopoietic cells but exposure of the Tn is associated with polyagglutination.
