Sempervirine nitrate is an alkaloid extracted from Gelsemium elegans Benth., inhibiting HCC tumor growth and enhancing sorafenib's antitumor effects in vivo. It inhibits HCC proliferation and induces apoptosis by modulating the Wnt/β-catenin pathway.
