Guanoxabenz (hydrochloride)

Guanoxabenz (Hydroxyguanabenz) hydrochloride is an α2 adrenergic receptor agonist, with a Ki of 4000 nM and the fully activated form 40 nM for an α2A adrenoceptor[1][2][3].
