Mouse IgG1κ Isotype Control is a mouse monoclonal antibody ideal for use as a non-reactive, isotype-matched control for mouse IgG1 antibodies in most in vivo and in vitro applications. The antibody was generated by immunization with the recombinant Spike protein (S) from SARS-CoV-2 virus. This antibody has been tested by ELISA to assure minimal cross reactivity and is specifically directed against an epitope that is located within the S1-subunit but outside the RBD.
